Adult tween/teen life

The prism you may see Age Regression from is one that often is routed in the past and in that past bedrooms were more austere places where you slept and had little over a bookcase or maybe a small radio in them.

Your new-old adult but child  bedroom reflects that life which will include some elements from contemporary teen life such as your cellphone that you use to 'connect' to people and maybe a music playing system.

You can try to keep to traditions routed in your childhood but in the end you co-opt some modern ones simple because in the modern world that's unavoidable.

Shutting people out was a textbook emotional response for me for many many years and I guess it can be justified as a means of preventing others actions from hurting your inner feelings.

It seems a lot easier than dealing with their drama or give them another chance to hurt you even more.

I do that sometimes when I get tired of the drama or I know they are gonna say something hurtful I just cut off the relationship cold and walk away.

The trouble was it drifted into shutting people out to prevent any possible hurt learning to deal with relationships.

Decluttering Jo

To get past many of my problems we need to declutter everything around me like my bedroom to reduce to just that the bedroom of a girl minus any techno stuff and even say a tv so I have a room where there is just my bed, my girlish clothes and maybe a table to study to focus on.
Distractions are in general a bad problem with me, I could stay up watching tv all night and although my computer is a big tower thing downstairs if it was one of the increasingly popular Laptop Computers, if it was in my room  I seriously doubt if I could leave it alone.
