Sometimes you hear people say "You'll grow up to be your mother" rather ignoring the extent to which we mirror them from our earliest years where we dress at times in matching ways, spend time learning directly about our roles and what we need know to be good at them, outwitting men 3-1 for good measure.For many of us we'd willing spend a day with our moms or aunts being so close to each other emotionally with a most real bond which for me include not just shopping together but baking and making things out of scraps.
Wasn't that just what we loved back then?
