Cute need not be all frills or dresses whatever you might see at various places or be told and particularly in littles circles either as actual bio-kid girls aren't and don't.
Take these jeans for example. Denim for instance is usually seen more 'boyish' material no doubt for being made into the jeans that boys and men in the frontierlands worked in for its hard wearing qualities.
But actually these are so cute that they go even a little beyond even tomboyish sorts like me with the ever popular and uber cool Hello Kitty motifs especially as show they are teamed up with matching cute over the shoulder bag.
There's no denying it's...feminine.

Making plans an that
Things are it has to be said nothing on here that even with the weather the last week being at its coldest so far this winter I have been out for a good three quarters to a whole hour a day taking in the fresh air walking and observing things such as several birds singing in a nest, a group flying in a V shaped formation and with the eather being mild until recently even the pussy willow being out in the local woods.
Arrangements are being made for February Littles camp where an unexpected offer of an extra free day seems to have caught a number of us with limited time off from work to take full advantage of it although if it were to be offered again I am sure that it would prove useful although to date seems likely we'll be returning in the summer to the old venue as the appropriate has taken that off the property market and is taking bookings into mid summer.
Given this is a new place we've been asked to arrive more toned down than full on little although given my Tom Boy side tends to come out that's no big deal as I'm still little in regular brogues and shorts and never had a big thing for super frilly dresses anyway.
Perhaps I should bring a catapult?

Keeping warm
For a long time a staple of my more Tomboy look were lined tracksuit bottoms of the sort that was less overtly masculine with a very sporty feel to them but plainer fleece lined ones that for a period I wore a lot with baseball jackets.
Just to annoy the brand loyalists I'm not simply because they tend to made from similar materials in the usual factory locations despite attempts to use 'sports science' to build up a strong sense of individual identity and unless you truly are using them in a professional sports context, you generally don't need that stuff anyway.
These area navy blue pair I recently bought as I usually prefer to avoid baby pinks or white as they tend to show up marks and draw rather more attention to them than I'm comfortable with.
While non-brands can be cheap, I find the finish doesn't last as much.

Joggers Jo
In the dim and distant past before this blog was formally started some years ago I often thought about what go in it but really it's anything connected about me, how I live and present.
You see I do have some Tomboyish traits and for a good period about five years after I left school I did enjoying wearing track suit bottoms a lot with either t shirts, sweatshirts and a baseball jacket which in that period became almost an iconic image of me.
Generally it was Puma's that I wore with matching trainers and the only trend I did resist was the whole 'popper' phase where they'd be all down the legs which didn't appear to make any sense to me.Like why would you need to unpop your legs?
