End January update

You may of wondered what had happened to posts and I did try to explain that things would be different because of these complications that I am having and certainly from just before Christmas have been pretty bad with almost but not quite covid like symptoms meaning I just have not had the energy to put together posts on top of everyday living.

Unto that unexpectedly Mom became unwell to the point of needing to be in Accident and Emergency for which thank goodness she is out but she also has similar symptoms to me and on top of all else I am also needing to attend to to her as much as I can as only Dad and I are doing anything.

I will try to get some posts out but it is difficult going in the present circumstances as I'm looking after more than just me as much as I'd like to continue plowing on talking around the things I do care about in my quirky way.

Until next time.

Just bent over

The realized school girl look put into effect being bent over for your spanking is a part of age-play that has its appeal with me as a middle with some behavioural issues that'd I'd just like someone to use with me in a face to face so-called real life situation as I feel it would be of great benefit to me.

Something I would like to add however is that is not and does not play the full most extent of that because a good deal of what matters is actual instruction and encouragement in being more engaged with people so you know what it is you are expected to do and you do play a full part in and take responsibility for decisions that affect your well-being.

It has never been just about inflicting pain.

Getting back to the beginning

What this blog has been all about has at times got a bit confused as sometimes bits of my life have come to the forefront which may of been important in some respects but left the wider picture somewhat overshadowed.

At it's heart is confused, mixed up adult child who is still trying to navigate her life when most of her peers managed it decades ago who is fundamentally a a good girl who does get a bit stroppy and agitated because she find understanding the world and its often unspoken rules very hard going.

She may make bad choices, act in ways that require her to be chastised but she is not bad, she wants to do better and with help can do better.

Her heart is in the right place, she has  an innocence and purity about her that others can often read incorrectly because they lack that, only seeing intent where with her there never would be any.

Indeed you could say they undermine her very poor confidence by the game they play and how they keep her away from the things that help her meet her responsibilities and leave her feeling bad about herself.

Jo is not bad - just a good girl needing a helping hand.

Our Gender Identity is real...

Peoples sense of identity is important to them and many of us have multiple senses of them such as national or region affiliation, social class especially in this country where you seldom escape elements for long as good as moves toward meritocracy have been in the last sixty or so years have been and the improvements with being able be more open around your sexuality even in last fifteen years have been immense.

We are still struggling with respect for an individuals right to have their sense of gender identity respected both within families and also in the institutions of the state.

We all have the right to be as we are.

Christmas, review and going forward post

Surprisingly we did have presents here but in a year messed up with issues around being unwell to travel to spend days with friends, issues around other aspects of this life such as people not respecting personal presentation style influenced by modern day trends and poor communications there were some highlights.

Doing things in the "real world" to raise funds for young peoples organizations, being part of a community effort to establish place to hold Remembrance Day parades without having to go miles kind of reinforce the fact that being either little or not being opposed to having a glowing bum doesn't mean you drop out of life alltogether.

You just keep bits that don't play along so well apart.

I enjoyed some time with friends for Halloween although getting there with the train strikes here was touch and go.

I had some new stuff such as really high quality pinafores one of which I did take with me and was much appreciated having had it shortened as didn't like below the knee dresses and skirts.

I have a more juvenile shorter side that prefers them just above the knee.

I had the latest installment in the New yearbook series on record for christmas, a duran duran live album from 1982 and this years Beano annual. Bring back Jinty I say!

Because as hinted at I'm having recurring long covid based problems, I won't be updating this blog much as I'd like as some the material in all its oww-ness just won't happen if I'm bed bound as it were unless of course some one was to come with a short cane to add go faster strips to my bum!

It's not being deleted but is likely to have on a semi regular basis some expanded posts with bits that might not fly on their originals here.

Happy new year!

Christmas pause edition

Just a few more days to go before Christmas not being helped by feeling rather off currently, I'm slowly getting there.

Had I got better paws and  more co-ordination I'd sooner be a more domestically centred sort enjoying knitting, sowing making things sort as I find routines very helpful when it comes to feeling at ease  with things, just having things to get on with and a clear cut role.

Anyway as I've been trying to get on top of things here here's a little something for everyone before things are paused for Christmas  as it's all hands to the pump here.

Regards Jo.

To write or not to write

I'm supposed to be doing something with a couple of Christmas Cards but I've twisted my knee and it's really painful so I've little inclination to deal with that today but first thing tomorrow might be possible I guess.

Tree is up and we have seen Mr S Claus on his travels on the sleigh this weekend, bring much delight to all young and old as we waved back at him and with any luck we might get a nice present for being...well nice.

Probably beats being given something for people to administer a spot of correction with I guess.

Things will pause next week as things will be busy, rotten knee or not making Xmas happen.
